Open Access Policy

The JNS open-access policy follows international practices for barrier-free dissemination of scientific knowledge.

All articles are available online immediately after publication.

Readers may freely read, download, and share journal content under license terms.

The journal does not impose subscriptions or paywalls.

Full-text articles are published in open access on the official journal platform.

Content includes metadata for proper citation and indexing.

Authors retain copyright for their published works.

The journal receives first-publication and distribution rights under CC BY 4.0.

All publications are distributed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0).

The license allows copying, distribution, and adaptation with required attribution to author and source.

Users may use JNS publications free of charge for educational, research, and informational purposes.

Authors retain the right to share their article in repositories and personal resources with acknowledgment of first publication in JNS.

Authors may reuse their own materials in later works with proper citation.

Reuse is allowed when author, article title, journal, and license link are properly credited.

If content is adapted, the modification must be clearly indicated.

Authors may deposit the published article version in institutional and thematic repositories.

Including DOI and the official publication URL is recommended.

The journal does not charge for access to publications.

At this stage, submission and publication are processed without APC.
